They claim via signage to have some ridiculous number of organic produce items, though the actual number doesn't even approach that estimate. Elderly afternoon cashier is so thoroughly hateful that I will opt to wait ten minutes in another line rather than deal with her. Repeated complaints to the manager are ignored. There's also a young developmentally disabled girl who bags groceries here who has become belligerent and actually cursed at me on three separate occasions. I mean, SERIOUSLY??? Again, the manager is trying to hold this store together and seems to work 80 hours a week. I imagine she must not want to contend with hiring and training new staff, but this treatment of repeat customers is textbook abusive and allowing it to continue is an absolute failure on her part. The only thing that gets me to stop here anymore is desperation/laziness on my part because it's the closest grocer to my house. I go in expecting to be treated poorly and if I'm not, it's cause for celebration. Oh - and pay strict attention to the yogurt expiration dates. I have carried so much expired dairy to the service counter that I should get a commission from the FDA.

Produce is really good quality. Deli products are very good although the some of the people who work at the deli counter seem crabby or inattentive (they re-ask the same questions more than once). Prices are okay; sale prices on meat products are excellent but not-on-sale prices are a little steep. Checkout experience is consistently excellent. Lines are rarely very long, cashiers and baggers are attentive, courteous, and quick.

Very high prices, but the sales CAN sometimes compensate for that. The prices are probably higher due to the great selection and huge assortment of healthy/gluten free/ organic products. A beautiful store!

I shop at this location at least once a week. The staff members there are always kind, courteous, and helpful. Recently, I had an issue with my MyMixx number not going through on a rather large order. The manager (I think his name was Jeremy but I'm awful with names) took the time to rescan my entire order to make sure all of my coupons went through. Couldn't ask for better service.

I don't do my major shopping here, price and selection are not up to Market Basket. However, this place works well if you shop the specials, and don't feel like fighting the hoards at MB. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, a good experience. Lack of meat selection is my biggest gripe, although it has been improved.
