Love everything about this place! From the food to the people who work there and the fact that they are a nut-free facility (which is so hard to find)!!! I am all about quality, cleanliness and customer service. Knowing how clean and tidy everything is here tells me, the customer, the amount of detail and attention that goes into preparing the food. I recently ordered cookies and cupcakes from Chef Josiah for my daughter's birthday bc she has a severe nut allergy. I have never ordered from them before and let me tell you... my guests could not stop raving about where I got the delicious baked goods from! Now my guests expect baked goods from Salt & Light all the time! I'm very impressed with this establishment.

There are other places in the area but, Noone can hold a candle to the fresh subs and other delights here! This lady gives pizza pizzaz in pepperell two thumbs up!!
For the Gluten Free Crowd, you cannot go wrong here. I have sampled their GF meatballs (fantastic), GF meatloaf (just like mom made if she was a fabulous cook), and their Shepard's Pie, and while I am not sure if there is any gluten in their regular pie this dish is off the chart in flavor. This is just scratching the surface as to what is available for Celiac sufferers at Salt & Light; here, the food world is your oyster, enjoy.

Every time I come the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and homemade, and the menu items are creative and beautiful. There are tables, couches, and soft chairs. It's the perfect place to work, eat, and socialize.
